A Kind Request.. little doggie accidents!
We hope you’ll help ensure that any possibility of toilet accidents are limited whilst your dog is with us. Needless to say, we know the signs when a dog needs a pooh and we will pop them out into the garden for a few minutes. But sometimes it can be unexpected – on the grooming table or in the dryer – which is not pleasant and, of course, we then have to take time out to clean the area (the same goes for clearing up pooh in the garden). As a result of this, we will sometimes add a small charge to your bill – we hope that you understand.

The best thing to do – for you, your dog and for us – is to arrive a bit earlier and stop off for a quick walk on Ash Common. Your dog will then have the chance to do his/her business as well as getting some fun time after sitting in your car. And if your dog hasn’t relieved itself – or you haven’t made it to the common – please, please, please let us know so that we can make sure your pooch has some time in our garden. :-)
